Source code is considered property of azicore inc., unless other is negotiated and agreed upon in written form.
The user understands and agrees that azicore inc., products and services are provided "AS IS", therefore, azicore inc. disclaims all warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied, including without limitation any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. azicore inc. makes no warranty or representation regarding the results that may be obtained from the use of our products and/or services.
azicore inc. shall not be liable for any damages whatsoever, and in particular for any special, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages of any kind that result from the use of or the inability to use azicore inc. products and/or services, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, revenue, use, data or other intangibles, even if Pkayz Technology Inc. had been advised of the possibility of such damages.
